Document verification: what selected candidates must do
Provisionally selected candidates must report in person for document verification. The notice sets out the venue, date and timing.
Venue: Prakashdhara, Office of the Executive Engineer, EHV Establishment Division, Mahapareshan, 132/33 KV Substation, Mankapur premises, opposite Kunal Hospital, Chhindwada Road, Mankapur, Nagpur – 440030.
Candidates must report before 9 October 2026, between 10:00 AM and 6:15 PM on office days. Office days exclude 26 and 27 September, and 2, 3 and 4 October 2026.
Candidates must bring all original certificates covering their educational qualification, age, caste, category and non-creamy layer status, as applicable. The notice states this is mandatory. A candidate who cannot produce these originals at verification will have the selection cancelled. A candidate who comes for verification after 9 October 2026 will also have the selection cancelled.
Provisional list: conditions that apply
- A name on this list gives no right to apprenticeship on its own.
- Selection depends fully on the candidate meeting the required qualification, caste, category and other conditions.
- The candidacy or selection can be cancelled at any stage if a candidate does not meet eligibility, or breaks a required condition.
- The office may correct a genuine error or printing mistake in the list, and take appropriate action.

If your name is not in the list
MSETCL keeps a waiting list for this selection. It is used if a selected candidate is found ineligible at document verification, is absent for verification, or is found eligible but does not join the apprenticeship training. Waiting-list candidates go through the same eligibility and verification process as the main list.
Candidates who are not selected, and candidates on the waiting list, should not correspond with the EHV Establishment Division, Nagpur, about their status. The notice states plainly that no such correspondence will be entertained.
