What Each Job Involves

Position Code 01 (Learning & Development): Supports the Annual Training and Capacity Building Plan, Training Needs Analysis, training logistics and databases, the iGOT Karmayogi e-learning portal, and periodic reports on training outcomes.

Position Code 02 (PCS Marketing): Identifies business opportunities for pest control services, prepares proposals and tenders, conducts market surveys, maintains client relationships, and supports marketing and revenue reporting for Pest Control Services.

Position Code 03 (Marketing & Business Development – Hyderabad): Conducts market research on warehousing, private foodgrain, e-commerce, industrial, 3PL/4PL/5PL, and EXIM/Container Train Operator segments; engages stakeholders such as farmers, FPOs, traders, e-commerce operators, and Customs/Railways; and supports business development for these verticals.

Position Code 04 (Marketing & Business Development – Jaipur): Organises training sessions, workshops, and field visits for stakeholders; collects feedback; identifies market expansion opportunities; sets and tracks sales targets; and coordinates with the Regional Marketing Head and Regional Manager.

Selection Process

CWC has not given a fixed number of selection rounds beyond shortlisting and interaction. Based on the notification, the process is:
