Original certificates and last dates
The candidature of every candidate in the CDS 2 result 2026 list is provisional. Candidates must submit original certificates for age (date of birth), educational qualifications and NCC (C) (Army Wing, Senior Division Air Wing or Naval Wing). These must match what the candidate claimed in the application.
Candidates must not send any original certificate to UPSC. The candidature of a candidate who misses the date stands cancelled.
Army first choice (IMA and SSC)
Candidates with IMA or SSC as first choice submit certificates to IHQ of MoD (Army) / Dte Gen of Rtg (Rtg A). Male SSC candidates go to the CDSE Entry Section. Female candidates go to the SSC Women Entry Section. The address is West Block III, R.K. Puram, New Delhi-110066.
The last dates are 1 July 2027 for IMA and 1 October 2027 for SSC.
Navy first choice
Candidates with Navy as first choice submit certificates to IHQ of MoD (Navy) “DMPR” (OI & R Section), Room No. 204, ‘C’ Wing, Sena Bhawan, New Delhi-110011. The last date for INA is 1 July 2027.
Air Force first choice
Candidates with Air Force as first choice submit certificates to Dte of Personnel (Offrs), Kasturba Gandhi Marg, New Delhi-110001. The last date for AFA is 13 May 2027.
Change of address
A candidate whose address changes must tell Army Headquarters, Naval Headquarters or Air Headquarters directly, as the case may be.

Candidates who qualified in the CDS 2 result 2026 move to the Service Selection Board interview. Candidates with Army as first choice (IMA or OTA) must register on joinindianarmy.nic.in to receive call-up information. Candidates who have already registered must not register again.
Candidates with Navy as first choice find SSB information on Joinindiannavy.gov.in. Candidates with Air Force as first choice find it on careerindianairforce.cdac.in.
