Selection process

Selection follows document verification and then an interview — there is no written exam stage.

1. Candidates appear before the Document Verification Committee on their scheduled interview date, with the offline application form and original plus self-attested photocopies of all required documents.
2. Only candidates whose documents are successfully verified are allowed to appear before the Interview Board.
3. The duly constituted Selection Board interviews candidates and selects them based on academic credentials and interview performance.
4. Results are published only in the Recruitments section of www.esic.gov.in — not by email or phone.
5. Offer of Appointment is sent by email only.
6. Selected candidates must join as per the instructions stated in their offer of appointment.
