• Candidates working in the Mumbai or Maharashtra region get preference.

Supervisor (Safety)

• Qualification: Any one of: an M.E./M.Tech in Safety Engineering along with a B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; a B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with a one-year full-time degree or diploma in Safety; or a B.E./B.Tech in Fire & Safety Engineering. Minimum CGPA of 6.0, or 60% marks.
• Recognition: The qualification must come from a government-recognised university or institution approved by UGC, AICTE or another competent government authority.
• Experience: Four years of total professional experience, of which two years must be in Metro or Railways, with a minimum annual CTC of ₹3,00,000 or above. Candidates must be working, or have worked, in a computerised environment.
• Age limit: Maximum 40 years.
• Candidates working in the Mumbai or Maharashtra region get preference.

Supervisor (Civil)

• Qualification: A three-year regular Engineering Diploma, or a four-year regular B.E./B.Tech, in Civil Engineering.
• Recognition: The degree or diploma must come from a government-recognised university or institution approved by UGC, AICTE or another competent government authority.
• Experience: Four years of total professional experience, of which two years must be in Metro or Railways, with a minimum annual CTC of ₹3,00,000 or above.
• Age limit: Maximum 40 years.
• Candidates working in the Mumbai or Maharashtra region get preference.

All posts: Candidates whose earlier engagement with BECIL or the client ended due to disciplinary action, misconduct or unsatisfactory performance cannot apply again.

BECIL Supervisor Recruitment 2026 – Selection Process

BECIL first screens every application against the eligibility criteria set for each post. Meeting the qualification and experience criteria does not guarantee a call for the next stage. The shortlisted list then goes to DMRC and DMIL for further selection.
