Eligibility

Each of the three posts has its own qualification requirement.

TGT (English)

(A) Any one of the following:

1. A four-year integrated degree course from an NCTE-recognised institution/university with at least 50% marks in the concerned subject(s) and in aggregate, including the B.Ed. component.
2. A Bachelor’s/Honours degree with at least 50% marks in the concerned subject and in aggregate, plus a B.Ed. degree from an NCTE-recognised institution with at least 50% marks — or a three-year integrated B.Ed.-M.Ed. from an NCTE-recognised institution with at least 50% marks.
3. Post-graduation in the concerned subject (or a specialisation in it) with a minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade, provided the required subject was studied at graduation level, plus a three-year integrated B.Ed.-M.Ed. with at least 50% marks.

(B) Qualified in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET), Paper-II, conducted by CBSE. (C) Competency to teach through English and Hindi medium.

Note on “concerned subject”: the notice specifies that a TGT (English) candidate must have studied English as an Elective/Main subject for at least three years / 6 semesters in graduation, or in a four-year integrated degree course.

Desirable: experience of working in a school; knowledge of computer applications; working knowledge of English and Hindi/other regional language.

Special Educator (PRT)

1. XII passed with minimum 50% marks in aggregate.
2. Any one of the following RCI-recognised qualifications: Two-year D.Ed. in Special Education (any disability category); or one-year Diploma in Special Education (DSE); or Diploma in Community-Based Rehabilitation (DCBR) with a 6-month certificate course in Education of Children with Special Needs; or Post-Graduate Diploma in Community-Based Rehabilitation (PGDCBR) with the same 6-month course; or Diploma in Multi-Rehabilitation Worker (MRW) with the same 6-month course, or Junior Diploma in Teaching the Deaf; or a Primary-level Teacher Training course in Visual Impairment; or Diploma in Vocational Rehabilitation–Mental Retardation (DVRMR) / Diploma in Vocational Training and Employment–Mental Retardation (DVTE-MR) with the same 6-month course; or Diploma in Hearing, Language and Speech (DHLS) with the same 6-month course; or XII passed with any RCI-recognised qualification of at least one year plus the 6-month certificate course; or any other RCI-approved equivalent qualification.
3. Qualified in CTET Paper-I conducted by CBSE. A relaxation of up to 5% in qualifying marks applies for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates.
4. Registration with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI), with a valid CRR number.
5. Proficiency to teach in Hindi and English.

Desirable: knowledge of computer applications.

Regional Language Teacher (Nepali)

1. Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university with at least 50% marks in aggregate, and Nepali as an elective or core subject in all three years of graduation. Preference may be given to candidates with an Honours degree or a Master’s degree in Nepali.
2. B.Ed. degree (or equivalent) from an NCTE-recognised institution with at least 50% marks.
3. Pass in CTET Paper-II conducted by CBSE.

Age limit (all three posts): minimum 18 years, maximum 65 years. The notice does not state a specific reckoning date for this age limit.

Selection process

Selection runs through registration, document checks, and the interview itself — there is no written examination unless turnout requires one.
