Selection process

Selection for the Birbhum mentor recruitment has three parts, worth 100 marks in all.

1. Written Test (MCQ-based): 60 marks. Topics are General Knowledge, English and Math of Class X standard, Reasoning, Current Affairs and NRLM concepts.
2. Computer Test: 30 marks. Topics are MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
3. Personal Interview: 10 marks.

Block Development Officers screen the applications and verify documents. They then forward all eligible and rejected applications with a copy of the application register.
