What You Need to Do Before the Exam
- 16 May 2026 – Check your email and phone. IRFC will send exam city intimation to all eligible candidates on their registered email IDs. SMS alerts will also be sent to registered mobile numbers. Check your spam folder too.
- 18 May 2026 – Log in to the portal. Exam city details will go live on the Online Application Portal. Log in using your USER ID and Password to see your allotted exam city. Do this early so you have time to arrange travel.
- 26 May 2026 – Download your E-Admit Card. The admit card will be available on the application portal on IRFC’s website. IRFC will also send an Email/SMS alert. Print it out and check all details carefully.
- 26 May 2026 – Try the Static Mock Test. A static mock link will be available on IRFC’s website to help you get familiar with the exam interface and environment. Use it – it will reduce nervousness on exam day.
- 31 May 2026 – Appear for the CBT. Carry your printed E-Admit Card and a valid photo ID. Reach your exam centre before the reporting time mentioned on your admit card.
