Eligibility

All six posts need at least a B.Tech degree, or an equivalent postgraduate or doctoral qualification in a relevant field. The minimum CGPA or percentage is 60%, or its equivalent. Reservation applies as per Government of India norms. The qualification, experience and age limit for each post are given below.

Project Manager (Software System Architect) — 2 posts

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in CSE, ECE, EEE or a relevant field, or M.E./M.Tech or a postgraduate degree in the same fields, or a Ph.D. (all but thesis) in a relevant discipline.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in system architecture, enterprise application design, and large government, R&D or e-Governance IT projects.
Age limit: Maximum 56 years.
Skills needed: Java, ReactJS, JavaScript, PostgreSQL, Spring Framework, cloud and on-premises infrastructure, and DevOps processes.

Full Stack Developer — Senior Project Engineer and Project Engineer (20 posts)

Qualification: Same degree options as above.

• Senior Project Engineer: minimum 4 years of relevant experience. Age limit: maximum 40 years. 10 posts.
• Project Engineer: minimum 2 years of relevant experience. Age limit: maximum 45 years. 10 posts.

Skills needed: Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, Struts 2, PostgreSQL, ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, REST API development, and Git.

Android Developer — Senior Project Engineer and Project Engineer (4 posts)

Qualification: Same degree options as above.

• Senior Project Engineer: minimum 4 years of relevant experience. Age limit: maximum 40 years. 2 posts.
• Project Engineer: minimum 2 years of relevant experience. Age limit: maximum 45 years. 2 posts.

Skills needed: Kotlin, Java, Swift, Objective-C, Flutter or React Native, REST API integration, and deployment through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

Network Security — Project Engineer (1 post)

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication, Electronics or a relevant discipline, or a postgraduate degree in Science or Computer Applications, or M.E./M.Tech or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in network or network security.
Age limit: Maximum 45 years.
Skills needed: TCP/IP, routing and switching, VLAN, OSPF, BGP, DNS, DHCP, firewall configuration, RADIUS and TACACS+, and SD-WAN.

Candidates whose university follows a CGPA, DGPA or OGPA grading system must also submit proof of the equivalent percentage from the university or college, along with the degree certificate. C-DAC employees applying for these posts must have completed at least 2 years of service in C-DAC as of the date of this notice.

What happens at the walk-in

Candidates who register between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM are screened first. Screening checks the eligibility criteria in the notice and the details in the application form. Only candidates who clear this screening are taken forward. Selection is based on academic record, experience profile, a written test where one is held, and interview performance. C-DAC can limit how many candidates it calls forward, based on qualifications and experience above the minimum listed.

C-DAC does not pay travel or dearness allowance for attending the interview. Canvassing in any form leads to disqualification.
