Cipla Sikkim Vacancy-Key Accountabilities
- Receive and manage incoming materials.
- Dispense packaging materials as required.
- Prepare Goods Receipt (GR) documentation.
- Organize, store, and track packaging material locations.
- Operate Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS).
- Utilize equipment such as RLAF, UDAF, vacuum cleaners, weighing balances, battery-operated stackers, order pickers, pallet trolleys, air-operated barrel pumps, electric pallet trolleys, and hoists.
- Maintain accurate daily records.
- Prepare, use, and dispose of disinfectant and detergent solutions.
- Perform data entry in SAP for all transactions.
- Ensure safe working conditions for personnel and materials, adhering to Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies.
- Conduct physical stock verification of packaging materials.
- Manage batch determination and posting.
- Operate the E-Track system.
- Ensure transport vehicles comply with cGMP standards through agreements.
- Adhere to quality standards and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
- Comply with Environment, Health, and Safety regulations.
- Undertake additional tasks assigned by the Department Head.
