If the fee is debited but the transaction fails, the candidate must repeat the payment and confirm it reflects in the Board’s account before the due date; a failed transaction is refunded to the candidate’s account in due course.

How to apply

1. Go to bceceboard.bihar.gov.in and open the “PGPAC-2026” link under the Prospectus section, then click “Apply for PGPAC-2026 [M. Pharm Course]”.
2. Step 1 — Registration. Fill in the registration details using only the candidate’s own, or their father’s or mother’s, mobile number and email address. A verification code is sent to both, and this mobile number and email cannot be changed for the rest of the session.
3. Step 2 — Application form. After signing in with the PGPAC ID and password, complete Personal Information, Contact Details, Educational Information and Competitive Examination (GPAT) details in order, saving after each step. Then upload a high-contrast colour photograph and signature as per the instructions on the portal.
4. Step 3 — Preview and final submit. Check all entries on the preview page, use “Back to Edit” to correct anything, and then click “Final Submit & Proceed to Payment”.
5. Step 4 — Payment. Pay the counselling fee online. The application is rejected if final submission and payment are not completed within the prescribed date and time.
6. Step 5 — Confirmation. Download the Confirmation Page and fee receipt, and check the entries. Any discrepancy can be corrected only during the online editing window on 2 October 2026.

Candidates can fill the PGPAC-2026 application form only once, and this single form is used for seat allotment in all rounds of counselling.

Candidates must bring the following in original at the time of counselling and seat allotment:

• Rank Card of PGPAC-2026
• Passing certificate, mark sheet or admit card of Matric or equivalent examination
• Passing certificate, mark sheet or admit card of Intermediate Science or equivalent examination
• Passing certificate or mark sheet of B. Pharm
• CGPA to percentage conversion certificate from the concerned institution, if applicable
• Residence certificate issued by the concerned Circle Officer or Revenue Officer
• Caste certificate issued by the Circle Officer or Revenue Officer of the candidate’s permanent residence
• EWS certificate for the current year, issued by the proper authority, if required
• DQ certificate issued by the proper authority, if required
• Six copies of the passport-size photograph uploaded during the online application
• A copy of the Aadhaar card
• A downloaded print of the online application (Confirmation Page) of PGPAC-2026

Should you apply?

This counselling suits B. Pharm graduates who have already qualified the Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test and want a postgraduate seat in Pharmaceutics or Pharmaceutical Chemistry at a government institute in Patna. It does not suit candidates without a valid GPAT qualification, since the notice accepts only GPAT-qualified registrations. The notice does not state the number of seats in either course, or hostel availability, so candidates cannot judge how competitive the counselling will be from this notice alone.
