Selection Process
DFCCIL considers only applicants who meet all the eligibility conditions. The DFCCIL recruitment 2026 notice names two parts of selection: an interview and an assessment of APARs.
- DFCCIL checks each application against the eligibility conditions.
- DFCCIL shortlists eligible candidates for the interview. If many are eligible, it may shortlist a limited number based on relevant qualifications, additional professional qualifications, experience and other achievements.
- The interview and the APARs for the preceding three years decide selection. Weightage goes to APAR, experience profile, additional professional qualifications and personality.
Under the DFCCIL recruitment 2026 rules, reservation does not apply in deputation and absorption, as per Government of India instructions. Eligible SC and ST applicants are considered along with others. DFCCIL does not reimburse any travel fare (TA/DA) for the interview.
Perks and Allowances
Officers selected under this notice get leased accommodation, liberal medical facility, leave travel concession and a basket of allowances with a cafeteria approach. The notice also lists superannuation benefit, leave, CPF and other fringe benefits as per company rules.

- Download the application format (Annexure I and II) from dfccil.com.
- Fill it on A4-size paper, in English, with a ballpoint pen. Sign the application, because unsigned applications are not considered.
