National Insurance Recruitment 2025-Selection Process
Here’s how candidates will be selected for National Insurance Recruitment 2025
- Phase-I: Preliminary Examination – Online objective test (100 marks, 60 minutes) covering English Language, Reasoning Ability, and Quantitative Aptitude. Candidates must qualify in each section.
- Phase-II: Main Examination – Online objective test (250 marks, 3 hours) with sections on Reasoning, English Language, General Awareness, Computer Knowledge, Quantitative Aptitude, and an additional test for Specialists. A Descriptive English Test (30 marks, 30 minutes) is qualifying in nature.
- Interview – Shortlisted candidates from the Main Examination will be called for an interview at selected centers.
- Final Selection – Based on combined scores from the Main Examination (80% weightage) and Interview (20% weightage). Candidates must be medically fit as per NICL requirements.
