The HMT Limited will offer pay scale of Rs 9140 to 23,150 for all the Operator A post notified in its Recruitment for 2026 . Additionally Selected candidates will be paid benefits like DA, HRA, and PF as per verified from the official notification.

Note for candidates : As per Official Notification CTC/Salary mentioned above is only indicative. Actual remuneration depends upon place of posting of the candidates and other terms and conditions of appointment. as per HMT Rules. An amount @ 5% will be deducted from the monthly salary of candidates as surety amount which will be refunded on completion of Contract tenure. Interest for this amount will not be paid at the time of refund.

Eligibility Criteria

There are different educational qualification for the different category of Posts. Candidates applying for the recruitment should make sure that they meet the following education qualification as provided below:

Educational Qualification

• Machine Shop: SSLC + ITI in Machinist or Turner or DME with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST).
• Inspection & Assembly: SSLC + ITI in Fitter or DME.
• Press Shop: SSLC + ITI in Sheet Metal or DME.
• Maintenance: SSLC + ITI in Mechanic or DME.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field is mandatory for all posts.
