SBI PO Notification 2025-Selection Process

- Phase-I: Preliminary Examination – Online objective test (100 marks) with three sections: English Language (40 questions, 20 minutes), Quantitative Aptitude (30 questions, 20 minutes), and Reasoning Ability (30 questions, 20 minutes). Top candidates (approximately 10 times the vacancies) qualify for Phase-II.
- Phase-II: Main Examination – Online test with Objective (200 marks, 3 hours) and Descriptive (50 marks, 30 minutes) components. Objective test includes Reasoning & Computer Aptitude, Data Analysis & Interpretation, General Awareness/Economy/Banking Knowledge, and English Language. Candidates must score minimum marks in each section. Top candidates (approximately 3 times the vacancies) qualify for Phase-III.
- Phase-III: Psychometric Test, Group Exercise, and Interview – Includes Psychometric Test (personality profiling), Group Exercise (20 marks), and Interview (30 marks). Final selection is based on normalized marks from Phase-II (75%) and Phase-III (25%).
