Pay and perks
Besides basic pay, selected candidates get Industrial Dearness Allowance, other allowances at 35% of basic pay, and Company Accommodation or House Rent Allowance (HRA is not paid where company accommodation is available). A few additional eligibility rules apply to every post:
- The essential qualification must be completed full-time regular with a minimum of 60% marks (aggregate across all years/semesters), except CA/CMA. Part-time, correspondence, distance-learning, online or evening-mode qualifications make a candidate ineligible.
- Candidates still in their final year/semester, with results awaited as on the cut-off date, are not eligible to apply.
- Work experience must be post-qualification and in-line executive experience. Experience through empanelled contractors/agencies, and apprenticeship training under the Apprentices Act 1961, are not counted.
- Age relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC(NCL) against reserved posts, with further relaxation for PwBD and Ex-Serviceman (ExSM) candidates as set out in Section 6 of the notification. After all relaxations combined, maximum age cannot exceed 56 years as on the cut-off date.

RFCL Recruitment 2026 – Selection Process
RFCL shortlists candidates through screening of the application, followed by a computer-based test only if the number of applications is very high, and then a personal interview.
- Application screening — candidates who meet the eligibility criteria are provisionally shortlisted for a personal interview. The shortlist is placed on the RFCL Careers page.
- Computer-based test (if required) — if RFCL receives a large number of applications, a computer-based test may be held in the Delhi-NCR region and/or other cities to shortlist candidates for interview. No travel allowance, boarding or lodging is paid for this test.
- Personal interview — candidates must score a minimum average of 50% marks in the interview to qualify.
- Merit list and verification — if two or more candidates tie on total interview marks, the percentage in the qualifying examination decides rank; if that also ties, the candidate with the earlier date of birth ranks higher. Selection is provisional and subject to verification of educational, caste and PwBD certificates, and a medical fitness examination.
Interview travel reimbursement: candidates called for interview at level E-5 to E-8 are reimbursed single return air fare (economy class), AC-I/Executive Chair Car rail fare, or road mileage at prescribed rates. Candidates at level E-1 to E-4 are reimbursed to-and-fro single AC-II return rail fare from the nearest railway station of their correspondence address, by the shortest route, on production of tickets or receipts.
