Project Engineer (Experienced) — CDACC/PE/CHN/02

• Qualification: B.E/B.Tech with 60% or equivalent CGPA, in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or Electrical & Electronics.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of post-qualification relevant experience.
• Upper age limit: 45 years (relaxation as per rules).
• Desired skills: The notification lists several alternative skill tracks; candidates need expertise in at least one:

Senior Project Engineer (Experienced) — CDACC/SPE/CHN/03

• Qualification: B.E/B.Tech with 60% or equivalent CGPA (Computer Science/IT/Electronics & Communication/Electrical & Electronics), or a postgraduate degree in Computer Applications with 60% or equivalent CGPA.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of post-qualification relevant experience.
• Upper age limit: 40 years (relaxation as per rules).
• Desired skills: The same technology tracks as the Project Engineer post (Backend & Java, Frontend & Web/GIS, Databases, Networking, AI & Data Science, Other software/cloud), plus a dedicated Hardware Security & Cryptography track covering embedded systems, FPGA/SoC platforms, side-channel and fault-injection testing, secure boot and trusted execution environments, and FIPS 140 or equivalent evaluation frameworks.
• Work profile: Application/electronic-systems design, development and maintenance at a senior technical level — or leading software-based PQC testing, validation and certification, developing conformance/interoperability frameworks, and supporting the CoE-PQC training and lab-setup activities — or, on the hardware track, leading PQC hardware evaluation, side-channel and fault-injection testing, and guiding engineering teams on hardware security assessment.

Project Manager (Experienced) — CDACC/PM/CHN/04

• Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc/PhD with 60% or equivalent CGPA, specialisation in Computer Science/IT/Electronics & Communication/Electrical & Electronics; or a Postgraduate degree in Computer Application; or a PhD in a relevant subject, with 60% or equivalent CGPA. Desired additional qualification/certification: none specified in the notification.
• Experience: Minimum 9 years of post-qualification relevant experience.
• Upper age limit: 56 years (relaxation as per rules).
• Desired skills: Cyber security knowledge — ICS/SCADA/OT systems, SCADA, OPC, PLC, SIEM/EDR/firewall/IDS-IPS, NIST/ISO 27001/IEC 62443 standards, MITRE ATT&CK framework, with certifications such as CEH, CompTIA+, CISA, GICSP or OSCP preferred (EC-Council ICS/SCADA Cybersecurity desirable) — along with project management experience covering technical project leadership, tools such as JIRA, Asana or MS Project, and stakeholder management. • Work profile: Managing a small team; designing and developing systems and applications; gathering requirements and describing product strategy and technical design; determining operational feasibility; prioritising, assigning and executing tasks through the software development lifecycle — or leading a technical/PQC-related project end-to-end, including certification and technical-audit activities.

Selection process

Selection for all four posts follows the same three-stage process — there is no written examination mentioned in the notice.

1. Online registration through the Google Form.
2. Document/certificate verification at the interview venue, using original documents and one set of self-attested photocopies.
