• Preferred: An advanced degree in Cyber Security or Information Technology.
• Certification (mandatory): At least one valid certification from — OSCP, OSCE³, OSWE or OSEP (all from Offensive Security), GIAC GPEN or GXPN, CAISP (Practical DevSecOps), or the SANS Offensive AI or GenAI and LLM Security certifications.
• Experience (mandatory): Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification hands-on experience in offensive cyber security — red team operations, AI red teaming of Generative AI or Frontier AI models, penetration testing, or advanced vulnerability assessment.
• Age: 25 to 35 years as on 01-08-2026.

The final qualifying result must have been declared on or before 01-08-2026, and the required proof must be submitted at the time of interview. Experience certificates from employers must explicitly state the candidate’s designation, job profile and specific dates of service.

Age relaxation

Selection process

Probation and service bond
