- Passed General & Midwifery (GNM)/ Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing before the year 2021 from an institute recognized by West Bengal Nursing Council.
- Must have registration certificate issued from West Bengal Nursing Council (WBNC).
- Up to 40 years of age as on 1st April of the year of publication of notice. Age relaxation as per Government norms.

Additional Requirements
- The candidate must be a permanent resident of West Bengal.
- Proficiency in local language (Nepali) is required.
