• Educational Qualification
  • For Group ‘C’ Level 2 (7th CPC):
    • 12th (+2 stage) or equivalent with at least 50% marks (not applicable for SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen or candidates with higher qualifications like Graduation/Post-Graduation).
    • OR Matriculation + ITI OR Course Completed Act Apprenticeship for Technical Posts.
    • OR 10th + ITI OR equivalent OR National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT for other trades.
  • For Erstwhile Group ‘D’ Level 1 (7th CPC):
    • 10th pass OR ITI OR equivalent OR National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT.
  • Additional Requirement: Candidates must have been an active member of a Scouts organization for the last 5 years and hold a valid certificate as per Annexure-A. They should also have attended at least two events at the National/State level.
