WBMSCL Recruitment 2026-Eligibility Criteria
- Age Limit (as on 01.04.2026): Not above 40 years
- Age Relaxation:
- OBC candidates: 3 years
- SC/ST candidates: 5 years
- Differentially Abled (PWD) candidates: 5 years
- Educational Qualification: B.E / B.Tech in Bio-Medical Engineering OR M.Sc in Bio-Medical Instrumentation or equivalent from a recognized University/Institute.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in the relevant field after acquiring the essential qualification (as on 01.04.2026).
- Other Requirements:
- Must be an Indian citizen.
- Must have proficiency in speaking and writing in Bengali.
- Reservation benefits & age relaxation only for candidates possessing valid West Bengal certificates (other state certificates not accepted).
WBMSCL Recruitment 2026 –Salary / Pay Scale
Rs. 28,000/- per month (consolidated)
The engagement is purely contractual for 1 year initially and will be renewed every year based on satisfactory performance.
