Here’s how candidates will be selected.

  1. Candidates will be shortlisted for Computer Test and Interview on the basis of Academic qualification and experience in the ratio 1:10 against the declared post.
  2. Shortlisted candidates would first appear for a computer test. Qualifying Marks for computer test is 50%.
  3. Thereafter the qualifying candidates will appear for interview.
  4. Final Selection will be made on the basis of total marks obtained in Academic Score, Experience, Computer Test and Interview.

Scale of Scoring (Total 100 Marks):

  • Essential Academic Qualification: 60 (based on % of marks obtained in the final examination i.e. 60/100)
  • Computer Test: 15

  2. Fill the application form in the prescribed format. Only online applications will be accepted.
  3. Pay the application fee through net banking, credit/debit card system through an online interface. If the payment is successful, you will immediately receive a link for final submission of the application form by using the application id already received.
  4. Download the “Application Print” from http://hr.wbhealth.gov.in:8888/index.aspx and retain it for document verification purposes.
  5. Upload proper signature and photograph if required. Applications with the original testimonials that application shall be liable to be cancelled.
  6. Ensure all essential qualifications mentioned are the minimum and mere possession of the same does not entitle the candidate to claim selection.
  7. Experience will be calculated after obtaining the required qualification for the above mentioned position, till the first date of online application.
  8. Provide hard copy/print copy of the online registration form by post if needed for future reference. Employer is not liable to give any information regarding the on-line registration no. in future.
  9. For category claims (e.g., SC/ST/OBC), have a certificate in support from a competent authority of West Bengal. No claim for being a member of the SC, ST and OBC, or a person with Disability shall be entertained after submission of the application.
  10. Note that only permanent residents of West Bengal with knowledge of local languages are eligible.
