WB ANM GNM Recruitment 2026-Eligibility Criteria
- Citizenship & Domicile: Indian citizen; permanent resident of West Bengal uninterruptedly for last 10 years till 31.12.2025 (Domicile Certificate required).
- Age Limit: Minimum 17 years as on 31.12.2026; no upper age limit for admission.
- Educational Qualification: Passed/appearing in Class 12 (10+2) from recognized board with 40% aggregate (45% for reserved: SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B); pass in English (30%). 5% relaxation for reserved. Vocational stream eligible if Health Care Science/Community Healthcare Group subjects.
- Gender: ANMR – Female only; GNM – Female & Male (2 govt institutes + few private for males).
- Language: Able to read, write, express in Bengali/ Nepali.
- Medical Fitness: Medically fit (certificate at admission).
- Experience: Not required.
Salary / Pay Scale
