PSB LBO Recruitment 2026-Salary and Pay Scale
The selected candidates for Officer JMGS I will receive a pay scale of ₹48,480-2,000/7-62,480-2,340/2-67,160-2,680/7-85,920. Local Bank Officers (LBOs) will join at the initial scale plus 3 increments. Other benefits include DA, HRA, Leased Accommodation, CCA, Medical, and LTC as per rules.

- Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a recognized University.
- Candidates must possess a valid Mark-sheet/Degree Certificate at the time of registration.
- Work Experience: Minimum 18 Months of post-qualification experience as an Officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank or Regional Rural Bank (listed in RBI Second Schedule).
