- For Generalist Officers: Graduate / Post Graduate in any stream from a recognized University with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST).
- For Hindi (Rajbhasha) Officers: Master’s Degree in Hindi with English as compulsory/elective or medium (60% marks, 55% for SC/ST); OR Master’s in English with Hindi as compulsory/elective or medium (60% marks, 55% for SC/ST); OR Master’s in any subject other than Hindi/English with Hindi medium and English as compulsory/elective (60% marks, 55% for SC/ST); OR Master’s in any subject other than Hindi/English with English medium and Hindi as compulsory/elective (60% marks, 55% for SC/ST); OR Master’s in any subject other than Hindi/English with Hindi and English as compulsory/elective or one as medium and the other as compulsory/elective (60% marks, 55% for SC/ST).
Age Limit (as on 30.11.2025): Minimum 21 years, Maximum 30 years (born not earlier than 1st Dec 1995 and not later than 30.11.2004).
