Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Essential: Bachelor’s degree in any stream OR CA / CMA
Desirable: Diploma / Degree / Masters in Business Management / Marketing Management
Age Limit
Preferably below 40 years as on the date of advertisement

Experience & Skills Required
- 3–5 years experience in MSME relationship management
- Exposure of working in a Bank / Financial Institution / Fin-Tech is a must
- Knowledge of banking business products / loan products is a must
- Proven ability to generate business leads, excellent communication & client-handling skills, strong negotiation & presentation skills, and ability to work independently
NSIC Recruitment 2025-Salary
All-inclusive Annual CTC equivalent to Manager Grade (E-2 Level)
Approximate CTC: ₹15 Lakh per annum (including Variable Pay of ₹6 Lakh i.e. ₹0.50 Lakh per month).
Variable pay is linked to achievement of assigned targets and payable quarterly / half-yearly.
Selection Process
Shortlisted candidates will be called for personal interaction / interview by the Selection Committee.
