Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following educational and age criteria:
- Educational Qualification:
- Technical Assistant (Civil): First Class Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized State Board/University/Institution.
- Technical Assistant (Automobile): First Class Diploma in Automobile Engineering from a recognized State Board/University/Institution.
- Technician-B (Electronic Mechanic): SSLC/SSC Pass + ITI/NTC/NAC in Electronic Mechanic Trade from NCVT.
- Technician-B (Information Technology): SSLC/SSC Pass + ITI/NTC/NAC in Information Technology Trade from NCVT.
- Technician-B (Electrical): SSLC/SSC Pass + ITI/NTC/NAC in Electrical Trade from NCVT.
- Draughtsman-B (Civil): SSLC/SSC Pass + ITI/NTC/NAC in Draughtsman Civil Trade from NCVT.
- Age Limit: 18-35 Years (as on 30.11.2025) for Post Codes 27-28; Age Limit as on 30.11.2025 for others.
- Relaxations: 05 years for SC/ST candidates and 03 years for OBC candidates against reserved posts. Ex-Servicemen (ESMs), Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBDs), Central Govt. servants, Meritorious Sportspersons eligible as per Government of India Orders.

NRSC Technician Recruitment 2025-Selection Process
The selection will be made through:
- Written Test: For Technical Assistant – 80 MCQs in 1.5 hrs (+1 for correct, -0.33 for wrong). For Technician-B/Draughtsman-B – Same pattern.
- Skill Test: 100 marks (Qualifying nature only).
- Pass Criteria: General – 32/80 in Written, 50/100 in Skill; Relaxed for reserved (except EWS) – 24/80 in Written, 40/100 in Skill if needed.
- Shortlisting for Skill Test in 1:5 ratio based on Written Test.
- Final selection based on Written Test marks among Skill Test qualifiers.
