Educational Qualification (as on 01.11.2025)

A candidate must possess the required educational qualification as on 01.11.2025. The result of the final term/semester/year examination must have been declared on or before 01.11.2025.

Bachelor’s Degree in a particular discipline means that the candidate must have studied that discipline as the main subject, and it must be mentioned in the Degree Certificate.

In case the certificate of degree/diploma does not specify the field of specialization, produce a certificate from the university/college mentioning the specialization.

Assistant Manager in Grade ‘A’ (RDBS)

• General: Bachelor’s Degree in any subject from any recognized University/Institution with a minimum of 60% marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants – 55%) in aggregate OR Post Graduate degree, MBA/PGDM with a minimum of 55% marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants – 50%) in aggregate OR CA/ CS/CMA/ ICWA OR Ph.D from Institutions recognized by GOI/UGC.
• Chartered Accountant: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from any recognized University/Institution with Membership of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). The Membership must have been obtained on or before 01-11-2025.
• Company Secretary: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from any recognized University/Institution with Associate/Fellow membership of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). The Membership must have been obtained on or before 01-11-2025.
• Finance: BBA (Finance / Banking) / BMS (Finance / Banking) from any recognized University / Institution with 60% marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants – 55%) in aggregate OR Two years full time P.G. Diploma in Management (Finance) / Full time MBA (Finance) /MMS (Finance) degree with 55% marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants – 50%) in aggregate from Institutions / Universities recognized by GoI /UGC with Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. Candidates will be required to submit a certificate from Institution/University regarding specialization in finance. OR Bachelor of Financial and Investment Analysis with 60% marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants – 55%) OR Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from any recognized University/Institution with Membership of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). The Membership must have been obtained on or before 01-11-2025. OR Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from any recognized University/Institution with Membership of Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India (ACMA/FCMA/ICWA). The Membership must have been obtained on or before 01-11-2025.

Selection Process

1. Phase I (Preliminary) – Online Examination (RDBS/Legal/ Protocol & Security) on 20 December 2025.
2. Phase II (Mains) – Online Examination (RDBS/Legal) on 25 January 2026.
3. Phase III (Psychometric Test) – Dates will be announced later on the website.
