IIFCL Recruitment 2026-Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit (as on 28 February 2026):

  • Minimum: 21 years
  • Maximum: 30 years

Age Relaxation:

  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • OBC (Non-Creamy): 3 years
  • PwBD (UR/EWS): 10 years
  • PwBD (OBC): 13 years
  • PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years
  • Ex-Servicemen: 5 years
  • Others as per Government rules

Educational Qualification:

  • Generalist (31 posts): Postgraduate degree/diploma (any discipline) OR Bachelor’s in Law (LLB) / BA+LLB (5 years) OR CA / CS / CMA (ICWA) OR B.Tech / B.E.
  • Environment & Social Safeguard (2 posts): Engineering / PG Degree/Diploma in Environmental Management, Environmental Sciences, Social Work, Sociology, Anthropology or Economics.

Experience (mandatory for both streams):
At least 2 years post-qualification experience in officer cadre in Banks / Financial Institutions / Central or State Government / PSUs or reputed organizations.

Other Requirements: Excellent communication, analytical & drafting skills + computer proficiency.

IIFCL Recruitment 2026-Salary / Pay Scale

  • Starting Basic Pay: ₹44,500/- per month
  • Pay Scale: ₹44,500 – 89,150 (17 years)
  • Approximate Cost to Company (CTC): ₹19 Lakhs per annum
  • Benefits: Dearness Allowance, HRA (15% if no lease), Leased accommodation, Medical, LFC, NPS, etc.

Selection Process

  1. Phase-I: Online Examination (200 marks)
  • Test I (100 marks): Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English, Current Affairs (Financial Sector)
  • Test II (100 marks): Domain Knowledge (Project Finance, Banking, Risk Management, RBI/SEBI guidelines, Indian Economy, etc.)
  • Duration: 120 minutes | Negative marking: 1/4th
  1. Phase-II: Interview (Technical + Behavioural) – 100 marks

Final Selection: 40% weightage to Online Exam + 60% weightage to Interview.
Shortlisting for interview based on Phase-I marks.
