Age Limit (as on 31 January 2026)
- Deputy Manager: 21–28 years
- Manager: 24–30 years
Upper Age Relaxation for ST Category
- Manager: Up to 35 years
- Deputy Manager: Up to 33 years

Educational Qualification (full-time only from recognised University/AICTE/UGC)
Manager (Internal Audit):
- Graduation with minimum 50% marks (3-year course)
- Post Graduation (MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/MMS) in Finance/International Business/Foreign Trade OR Chartered Accountant (CA – ICAI membership mandatory) with minimum 50% in PG (2-year course)
Deputy Manager (HRM):
- Graduation with minimum 50% marks
- Post Graduation (MBA/PGDBA etc.) specialising in Human Resource Management/Personnel Management with minimum 50% in both Graduation & Post Graduation
Deputy Manager (Administration):
- Graduation with minimum 50% marks
- Post Graduation specialising in Hotel & Hospitality Management / Facilities Management (or equivalent) with minimum 50% in both
Experience (mandatory):
- Manager: Minimum 3 years in scheduled commercial bank / all-India financial institution in internal audit/credit audit, report handling, RBI liaison.
- Deputy Manager (both specialisations): Minimum 1 year in relevant field (HR functions or housekeeping/security/administration).
Other Requirements: Excellent communication skills, computer & IT proficiency. No distance/correspondence degrees allowed.
Salary / Pay Scale
- Deputy Manager (JM-I): ₹48,480 – 85,920 (as per IBA 12th Bipartite Settlement)
- Manager (MM-II): ₹64,820 – 93,960
Plus allowances, leased accommodation (if available), loans for housing/vehicle/education, etc.
Selection Process
- Written Test (Professional Knowledge – Subjective) – 100 marks, 2:30 hours
- Part-I: 1 Compulsory Question (40 marks)
- Part-II: Any 6 out of 8 Questions (60 marks)
- Personal Interview
- Final Merit: Written Test (70% weightage) + Interview (30% weightage)
No sectional cut-off. Shortlisting for interview based on written performance.
