NILD Recruitment 2025-Selection Process
Here’s how candidates will be selected:
- Personal Interviews: Selection for Group B posts will primarily be through personal interviews.
- Written Examination (if needed): If more than 20 applications are received for a Group B post, a written exam will be conducted, followed by personal interviews for shortlisted candidates (1:5 ratio per vacancy).
- Skill Tests: For technical posts where skills are essential, a skill test will be conducted before interviews for shortlisting purposes.
- Weightage: If no desirable qualifications/experience are required, the written test carries 100% weightage. If desirable qualifications/experience are required, the written test carries 90% weightage.
